Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering on y19, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be canceled at any time and associated balances forfeited. Each individual is allowed to operate only one account.
Keeping your login details—username and password—secure is your personal responsibility. Sharing account information with third parties is prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
To enjoy full account benefits, identity verification (KYC) is required. Verification must be done using a National ID card or Passport. Without verification, withdrawal limits may apply.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on y19 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and approved bank transfers. Transactions using third-party bank accounts or mobile wallets are prohibited; deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same individual’s account.
Account verification must be completed before withdrawals. For bonuses, withdrawals are only allowed after meeting the specified wagering requirements. y19 reserves the right to verify, hold, or reject any transaction, especially when suspicious financial activity is detected.
Maximum and minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to applicable rules and are subject to change. Processing times may vary depending on payment methods and account verification level.

Y19 is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activities. y19 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server failures, or third-party service disruptions. No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy of any content, information, or results on the platform. Users assume full responsibility for all outcomes based on their own betting decisions.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Y19 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or managing multiple accounts. Funds may be forfeited in such cases. Users may also close their accounts anytime by contacting support.
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All content on the y19 platform—including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics—is protected under y19’s intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited. Content from third-party game providers is protected by the respective companies’ intellectual property rights.
Third-party links, changes to terms & applicable laws
The y19 platform may use third-party game providers and payment processors. These third parties have their own Terms and Privacy Policies, for which y19 is not responsible. We recommend reading those terms carefully before using any third-party services.
Y19 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The latest Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed according to the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes related to these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Bangladesh.
